Perform a complaint

The satisfaction of our customers is important for us. If you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to contact our customer service at the e-mail address info@eosport.be.

I can not connect

Can not login ? Check if you entered the correct credentials. If the « Invalid credentials » error message appears, you may not have a customer account yet.

Note: Subscription to the newsletter does not mean that you automatically have a customer account on ExtraOffre Sport.

Lost your password? Click on « Forgot password? » And enter your e-mail address. You will receive an email with a link to enter a new password (see screenshot below).

Delete your account

If you wish to delete your account, we invite you to contact our customer service at the e-mail address info@eosport.be.

Do not hesitate to give us the reasons so that we can improve our services.

Note: After deleting your customer account, you will no longer have access to your orders already confirmed and paid. You will lose the saved data and they will not be able to be recovered by our services.

Report an error

If you find an error on our site, you can contact our customer service to report it to us.

We accept gladly and with great pleasure all the comments of our customers.

Edit my addresses

Login to your customer account and go to « Address Book » in the menu on the left. Then change your default address. If you indicate only one address, your packages will be delivered to your billing address which will be identical to the delivery address. You can enter a delivery address different from the billing address. Check your addresses carefully so that your packages are delivered to the desired address.

It is also possible to have your orders delivered to the family, friends or at your place of work. If you use the address of a company, it is not obligatory to indicate its name.

Note: It is not possible to change the delivery address of an order already placed.

Change my email address

Login to your customer account and click on « Personal Information » in the menu on the left. You can easily change your email address and then click « Save changes » at the form's bottom.

Forgot your password

  1. Place your cursor on « My account » at the top of the homepage and click on this link
  2. Click on « Forgot password? » In the right sidebar

  3. Enter your e-mail address in the field provided for this purpose

  4. You will receive an e-mail in a few minutes with a link to create a new password. If you do not receive this e-mail, we invite you to consult the folder « Junk mail » or « Spam » of your mail and add « no-reply@eosport.be » to your address book.

     

  5. Click on this link, enter a new password and validate it.
  6. You are now logged into your account with your new password.

Newsletter Subscription

Click down in the middle of the site on « Subscribe » and enter your e-mail address in the field provided for this purpose. You are then subscribed to our newsletter. If you already have a customer account, you can register in the menu « My account ».

If you do not receive a newsletter when you have confirmed your registration, it may be blocked by your spam filter. We invite you to check your spam folder and add newsletter@eosport.be to your contacts.

If the problem is still not resolved, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
