I want to return one or more items

Return Method ExtraOffre Sport

You want to make a return? It's simple, you do not have any documents to print. The label attached to your package upon delivery is sufficient.

Prepare your return in 4 steps: :

  1. Indicate the reason for your return

    Fill out the return document attached to your package, indicating the reason why you would like to return one or more items ordered on the ExtraOffre Sport website. Attach this document to your return package.

  2. Prepare the package

    Place the item in the package of your choice making sure it is securely closed with an adhesive tape and paste the return label supplied with your order on the top of your package.

  3. Return the article

    Deposit your package in a post office or Post Office of BPost and keep the proof of deposit.
    If you have lost your label, contact customer service by sending an e-mail to info@eosport.be to get a new one. Returns made without a return label will not be processed.
    Products are reshipped at your expense! Shipping and processing fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
    If you have items from different orders, please stick the different return labels provided initially in your deliveries on the return package.

  4. You are refunded!

    Upon receipt of the goods in our warehouse and after confirmation of the condition of the products, we will refund the amount billed to the account used to pay the order.
    We reserve the right to accept or refuse returned products that do not meet the defined requirements, or that will be deemed not eligible for return service.

Exchange an article

Your orders can not be exchanged. You can return the item you do not want to keep and order the one that suits you, in a different size or shoes size, for example.

We will refund the item after receipt and validation of its return, deducting postage and processing. You will receive a notification e-mail.

Conditions of return

You can return one or more unworn items * within 30 days. They must be returned in their original packaging, with the tags attached and in perfect condition.

* Items tested to verify size are not considered worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it presents a damage or for reasons of hygiene.

Make a complaint

The satisfaction of our customers is important to us. If you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Guarantee

As indicated on our website, the general conditions apply to all promotions and orders. At ExtraOffre Sport, we guarantee you quality products. The warranty applies as soon as a product proves to be defective due to a manufacturing defect.

The legal warranty period is two years (24 months).

If a product does not meet your expectations, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Return a defective item

Is your item damaged or defective? You have the possibility to make a complaint with our services.

Please follow the following procedure:

  • Please send us a short description of how the defect occurred.
  • Please attach 4-5 relevant photos of the defect. It must be clearly visible on at least one of the photos. In addition, please photograph the entire article in front and behind. For shoes, thank you to also photograph the sole.
  • You can send your photos to the email reclamation@eosport.be. We invite you to take into account, that we are not able to receive emails exceeding 25MB, we thank you for paying attention to the weight of your e-mail and attachments. We recommend using the following formats: ZIP, RAR, PNG or JPEG when attaching photos.
  • Upon receipt of your photos, we will process your request as soon as possible. You will receive within a few days a response from us with the procedure to follow.

Items excluded from warranty

If a product proves to be defective due to normal wear and tear, we unfortunately can not refund you.

Refunds are excluded in the following cases:

  • Normal wear of soles and heels
  • Shoes damaged at the end by normal wear
  • Damaged heels
  • Damage resulting from improper use of the products or poor maintenance
  • Excessive perspiration
  • Clothes faded and discolored
  • Bunches on clothes and shoes
  • Damage resulting from washing or drying
  • Wear of swimsuits
  • Damage resulting from external influences (friction, sharp objects or chemicals)
  • Damage to shoes and clothing regarding windproof and waterproof functions, unless clearly stated in the product details.
  • All items that cause physical discomfort, such as sweating or blisters.
